THE Police Divisional Headquarter in Ubiaja, has arraigned two suspected kidnappers before an area Customary Court district, sitting in Ubiaja, Esan South East Local Government Area of Edo State.

The two suspects, Christopher Igho and Endurance Otoijaghale, both male were arraigned on a three count charge of attempt to commit felony to wit, kidnapping one Mrs. Otiti Otoijaghale, punishable under section 509 of the criminal code Cap 48. vol. 11, laws of the defunct Bendel State of Nigeria 1976 as applicable in Edo State.

The suspected kidnappers, Christopher and Endurance arrested while conspiring to execute their kidnap plot, have since remained in police custody until their trial.

However after a careful consideration of the bail plea, the President of the court, B.E. Osagie Esq., granted the suspects bail but on the condition of two sureties living within the jurisdiction and a N50,000 to be paid. The case was adjourned till a future date.
