BENIN CITY- The Governor of Rotary District 9140 Nigeria Rotarian .G.T G Toby, PHF, will commence a working visit to Edo State, beginning from Sunday September 5, 2010 to Friday, September 10, 2010.

According to a statement signed by the Permanent Public Relations Officer (PRO), Rotarian District 9140 Nigeria, Rotaian Agharese Idubor, there will be cocktail party in honour of the visiting Governor of Rotary on Sunday September 5, 2010 at Vichi Gates Hotel Ihama Road, G.R.A Benin City.

Rotarian Gabriel Tamunobiebere George Toby, PHF is the pro-Chancellor and Chairman Governring Council of the University of Benin and a two time former deputy governor of Rivers State.

Rotary District 9140 Nigeria is made up of 96 Clubs in the eleven states of the South-South and South-East.
