CRI To Provide Free AmbulanceTo Assist Swimming Tourney

LAGOS- Critical Rescue International (CRI), has undertaken to provide free first aid and emergency medications at the forthcoming J.K. Randle swimming competition in Lagos .

A statement by Bashorun J.K. Randle, the Chief Executive Officer of J.K. Randle Professional Services, Lagos, said CRI would also provide Basic Life Ambulance services throughout the competition.

The statement made available to the News Agency of Nigeria ( NAN ) said the organisation undertook to provide the free services to ensure safety at the competition which began in 1928.

It said several states had registered swimmers for the competition beginning on Oct. 16 and end on Oct. 18.

“We are sponsoring the swimming competition to ensure that swimming is accorded its rightful place in the preparation for the next Olympic Games in London in 2012,” it said.
