ALHAJI Yakubu Oshierenua Musa a businessman cum politician has been honoured with the prestigious award of the Paul Harris Fellow Award of the rotary club international at the Auchi metropolitan district 9140, held at the Yak Hotel Auchi recently.
Conferring the award on Alhaji Musa, Assistant Governor Zone 13, Rotarian Princwill Oyakhilome noted with admiration the contributions of the recipient to the less privilege ones and the society in general. He listed some of his contributions to include provision of water scheme for Aibotse Community Auchi, scholarship scheme for the less privileged, provision of sporting equipment for clubs in Auchi etc.
He urged him to continue in the same spirit stressing that one does not need to be in government before contributing his quota to the upliftment of mankind.
Responding, Alhaji Yakubu said, that he felt honoured by the award and that he is dedicating the award to Allah and the people of Etsako West.
Dignitaries present at the occasion include HRH D.Y.E Kanoba the Egiegbai of Ekperi Land, the club president Rot Okhai Igbafe amongst others.
