The Co-odinator of motor removal in Oredo Local government Area of Edo State, Mr. David Iyiahen says mobile court for the prosecution of offenders of traffic light within the city centre will soon be established in the state.
He made this known recently in his office when he spoke with newsmen about the importance and the relief that the installation of the light has done for motorists and other road users in the state.
Speaking further he commended the Edo State Government led by Prof. Osarheimen Osunbor for the bold step taken to reserve the problem of hold ups in the metropolis of Benin as this will go a long way to sanitise the whole area.
Mr. Richard Osagie a taxi driver in his own view said that the moving of passengers and goods across the Benin metropolis has been made easy through the installation of the light as traffic jams that has characterized transportation in the state has disappeared.
Mr. Charles, a motorcyclist, in his own view said that the traffic light installation is a good development in the state as it has averted accidents in our major roads.
