Okaka Delighted To Stay At Roma

ROME-The agent of teenage starlet Stefano Chuka Okaka says that his client is delighted to be staying at Roma this season.

The 19-year-old Okaka is highly rated in the Italian capital, and had been lined up to go out on loan this season to bolster his experience.

The striker was expected to join newly promoted Serie A outfit Bologna, and indeed was on the verge of a move there several weeks ago.

However, Roma coach Luciano Spalletti put the brakes on the deal at the last minute as the club were still short on numbers up-front.

Despite the subsequent offensive signings of Julio Baptista and Jeremy Menez, Spalletti still decided against offloading Okaka, and this is a decision that has delighted the youngster.
