ABUJA-Former FA Cup Champions, Dolphins FC will begin their race to return to the top league in Abeokuta against FC Ebiede.
The National Division One League kicks off on October 25 according to dates on fixture released by the National Division One League board on Friday night.
Dolphins were relegated in 2007 despite winning the FA Cup for the fourth time that year and failed to return to the Premier League last season.
In the off season they lost Chijioke Ejiogu and Kola Anubi to Enyimba, Gbenga Ajala to Nasarawa United and the duo of Alhassane Dosso and Joe Eyimofe to Sharks.
The National Division One League has twenty eight clubs divided into two groups of fourteen clubs each and the top two in each group qualify to play in the Premier League.

Plateau United, Makwanda FC, Adamawa United, FC Taraba, Kwara United, Babanawa FC, Jigawa Golden Stars, Elkanemi Warriors, Supreme Court FC, NAF FC, Mighty Jets, Sokoto United, Dalhatu United, Ranchers Bees, BCC Lions, Unicem Calabar Rovers.
