UROMI - A two-day workshop on customer satisfaction and ethical values of marketers has ended in Sabongidda-Ora Location of Uromi Business District of PHCN.

Declaring the workshop open the Business Manager of the District Engr. Francis U. Iyayi, urged the marketers to imbibe the habit of seeing the customers king, thereby desisting from treating, them shabbily.
According to Engr. Iyayi, marketers should strictly adhere to the ethics of marketing as stipulated in the code of conduct vis-avis the conduct of worker in the course of their duty.
The Business Manager who spoke through the Commercial Manager Samuel 0. Bello said, the purpose of the workshop was to highlight the loopholes facing the customers in the aspects of billing, metering of premises, capturing of new accounts and other hiccups facing customers.
The workshop being the first to be organized by the local Management of Sabo location attracted participants within and outside the district.
Competent resource persons who delivered lecture harped mostly on the need of friendly rapport between customers and marketers.
