Alechenu Stuns AC Milan

Albania-based left-wing-back, Abraham Alechenu is full of delight, after lining out with FK Tirana in a stunning 2-1 victory against visiting AC Milan of Italy, Tuesday night.

Alechenu and his pals made the best of home advantage in the international club friendly, as the former Albanian champions stole into the lead early and looked like running off with a clean slate.

However, barely a minute to the final whistle, Alechenu was robbed off the ball while going on an overlap, giving Milan the chance to storm on the counter and Ronaldinho grabbed a consolation goal on the night, in front of a fully packed and charged-up crowd of delirious Tirana fans.

“I felt bad that they were able to score through my mistake. All the same, it was good that we beat Milan, although it was only a friendly match.

“The bigger joy for me was that I eventually exchanged jerseys with Clarence Seedorf and I was able to get a DVD copy of the match.

“It was good to see the likes of Shevchenko and Gatuso. Pirlo was also there but did not play because he had injury.
