LAGOS - Still savouring its success story within five years of its roll-out of services in Nigeria , National Telecommunications operator, Globacom has crashed call rates for commercial phone operators in selected cities across the country to enable them to make bigger profits by introducing a new pack called ProfitMax special.
In the scheme tagged ProfitMax Special, commercial phone operators in cities such as Onitsha , Enugu , Jos, Zaria, Kano and Kaduna will enjoy the best ever business centre package introduced in the country with guarantee of more profit than any package in the industry.
At an anniversary press briefing, Globacom had outlined series of reward package for different categories of its subscribers and those seeking to join the proudly Nigerian network in celebration of its 5th year in business.
The package has the lowest calling rate of 22k per second for Glo to Glo calls and 24k per second for calls to other networks within these key cities. It also has lowest daily rental of N60, ensuring that the commercial phone operators who opt for it will truly rule in the market.
The beauty of both offerings from Glo is their lowest market call rates which enable commercial phone operators across the country reap bountifully from their investment in the business.
Mr. Okon Iyanam , Globacom’s Executive Director, Marketing Communication, said that the company decided to introduce the package to give a vast majority of young Nigerians who have the drive, the opportunity to make good return on investment in the commercial phone business.
Globacom had earlier taken care of commercial phone operators in other parts of the country with the introduction of ProfitMax Extra, which offers special rates for outgoing calls initiated from those locations.
