EDHA Members Condole Late Ebenezer Aisien Family

THE member representing Oredo West Constituency at the Edo State House of Assembly Hon. Uyi Igbe has advised members of the family of Mr. Ebenezer Aisien killed by a mobile police man attached to NNPC Mega Station in Benin City on Monday this week not to take laws into their hands in their effort to get justice.


Hon. Igbe who led a delegation of three other Honourable members of the House on a condolence visit to the family house of the decease condemned the killing in its entirely assuring that the State House of Assembly would do everything humane possible to ensure that the perpetrator of the dastardly act is brought to book.


The lawmaker who disclosed that a petition on the matter has been sent to the House told the family members to prepare a statement of what transpired and send same to his office for adequate representation.


In their individual comments the duo of Honourable Patrick Osayimwen (Oredo East) Honourable Jude Ise-Idehen (Ikpoba/Okha) and Honourable Philip Shaibu (Etsako West II) appealed to the family members to strive to take adequate care of the wife and three children left behind by the late Ebenezer Aisien in order to ameliorate the effect of hard times they would face in the absence of their bread winner.


They however asked the family to be patient as various agencies are already investigating the matter.
