IT seems controversial actress has resolved to draw closer to God like she used to before becoming a household name in Nigeria’s showbiz industry, after she participated in a movie talent hunt show in 2005 and emerged first runner-up.
Recall that in an exclusive interview with Nigeriafilms.com in December 2011, Tonto confessed that she used to be an ‘SU’, a word used to for ‘born again Christians’, before having a breakthrough in the Nigerian movie industry in 2006.
In 2011, she shocked many when she drew a big tattoo on her back, which attracted hot criticisms from many people, including her fans.
But lately, the actress seems to have stopped being in the news for the wrong reasons, which some have commended.
Recently, Tonto Dikeh was at the Lekki branch of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministry (MFM) to pray for 2015. It was gathered that her stylist took her to the church.
This might excite some of her fans, who would be glad to have a less controversial Tonto Dikeh. But some have closely observed that when many think Tonto has mellowed her controversial lifestyle, she came up with another. For now, fingers are crossed.
