Presenting the Acts to the public on Tuesday in Abuja, Adoke said that the Acts were in fulfillment of the yearnings for a legislation to enhance the administration of justice in the country.
“The Administration of Criminal Justice Act 2015 and the Cybercrime Prohibition, Prevention Act 2015 that has been  publicly presented  is (are) in fulfillment of the reform agenda and a befitting response to the yearnings of stakeholders in the justice sector.
“For a legislation that encapsulates all the ingredients that enhance the administration of justice and one that effectively criminalises acts that have contributed to the negative image and perception of Nigerians all over the world.
“The enactment of this legislation is, therefore, an attempt to bring Nigeria in tandem with global best practices and modern trends in the justice sector.’’
