LAGOS – The second edition of The Most Beautiful Girl in Eko Cultural pageant is taking place Live at Bamboo Event Hall Omole Ojodu Lagos on Friday September 18, 2015.
According to the General Manager of Ereon pageantry Miss Taiwo Samson who is also the chairperson of 2015 planning committee stated that the change of venue to Bamboo event Hall became very necessary for optimum result being the second edition. She further stated that popular and star comedians Klint Da Drunk, Mr Melody and popular artiste King Zule Zoo of Africa among others would perform live at Bamboo event Hall.
Expected at the event would be personalities cutting across government, fashion, movie, and the music world. There would be music, dance, comedy, and cultural extravaganza.” There would be a life time award during the pageant.
The Most Beautiful Girl in Eko Cultural pageant is supported by the Lagos State Government, The Federal Ministry of Tourism, Culture and National Orientation, power horse energy drink, kissmix drink, Duban international hotels Limited, Benin Traditional council, Bamboo event Hall, Pepsi cola, Lacasera drink,Tender brooks premier drinks, Oak fashion designs Limited and among others.
The General manager stated further that this year 2015 edition two of MBGE Beauty Pageant has been reloaded and upgraded, with a new website www.mbge.com.ng. with new innovations and four winners to emerged as beauty ambassadors in Lagos stated namely Most Beautiful Girl In Eko (MBGE) as overall winner; MBGE Tourism Queen (new) MBGE Entertainment Queen (new), and MBGE Environment Queen.
The four beauty queens would be attached with chaperons in their official duties and functions till the end of their tenure. When asked about two new beauty queens Miss Taiwo said
“We now have two new queens namely MBGE Tourism and MBGE Entertainment. Also retained is MBGE Environment which are all under the trade mark of the number one Queen of this brand The Most Beautiful Girl in Eko. Miss Hospitality is no longer in the league of our queens,” according to a release signed by the Executive Director of Ereon pageantry Fumi Bolatiwa Quadri.
The Most Beautiful Girl in Eko Cultural pageant is the only trade name that bears this brand in Lagos state under the trade mark laws of Nigeria.
Meanwhile, Ereon Pageantry, the organiser of the Most Beautiful Girl in Eko beauty pageant has just floated the first pageantry online TV blogspot,www.ereonpageantrytv.blogspot.com. The site which is for all ages, is to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellness. The blogsite is owned by Scherey Momoh, an online publisher, veteran journalist and entrepreneur.
