The Edo Development and Property Authority (E.D.P.A) is the Edo State Government agency charged with the responsibility of providing Housing for people and managing its property. Recently, the Sunday OBSERVER interacted with the General Manager of the Authority. His name is Dr. I.E. Chukwujekwu, a man who is highly fortified intellectually, matched by an equally profound professional depth. Highly creative, innovative and organised, Dr. Chukwujekwu went down memory lane in explaining what E.D.P.A. was in the past and what it is now.
