EDHA advises Pool Promoters on Edict 1986
BENIN CITY Edo State House of Assembly standing committee on Finance, Budget, Economic Planning and Development has charged pool promoters in the state to work in collaboration with the House to review the moribund Pools Betting Edict of 1986.
Addressing the 20 qualified pools promoters in the state yesterday, during an interactive session with the promoters, the chairman, House Standing Committee on Finance, Budget, Economic Planning and Development, Hon. Sunny Ebosele Ereghan urged the promoters to submit a memorandum on ways to strengthen the existing law governing the business.
