UEFA Champions League Match Day 4:FC Barcelona Try Basle For Size

MADRID –The Spanish giant, Barcelona will fight to justify their contention in Group C Matchday 4 of the UEFA Champions League when they clash with Basle of Switzerland in Spain today.
Like some other clubs, Barcelona also lived up to expectation as they began their campaign for the season’s title well.

The Spanish team are known for their good game and have a crop of good players that made the team formidable enough such that they do well in matches.

The set goal of Barcelona who narrowly missed the title last season is to muster enough effort to win it this time.

Barcelona have clinched the crown twice. They won it in 1992 after they beat Sampdoria FC by a lone goal and denied Arsenal from winning the title in 2006 when they won 2-1.

Basel is yet to win the title. And the club from Switzerland (Basel) may not be able to frustrate the Spanish team (Barcelona) in today’s game if the latter gets their acts right.
