BENIN CITY – The August Edition of praise, prayers and miracles known as a call to Bethel organized by the Assistant Provincial Pastor (APP), Benson O. Osawaru was held last Sunday at the RCCG, Edo Province 2 Headquarters Abundant Life Parish located along Country Home Motel Road, Off Sapele Road, GRA, Benin City.

Following series of the teaching “What God cannot do” Pastor Osawaru restated that the only things God cannot do was to lie to change to forsake or leave His children, as well as to be late stressing that God is the owner of time and season. He also said God cannot ignore the praise and prayers of His people.

Quoting copiously from the Holy Bible the Assistant Provincial Pastor Osawaru noted that for 430 years, the Israelites were under captivity and for seven years, they lamented over their predicament and misfortune but that suddenly God spoke and called on Gideon the mighty man of valour to deliver them from captivity.

He added that nothing was too difficult for God to do as anything that has a beginning would surely have an end stressing that God inhabits the praises of His people.

He called on believers not to be discouraged or disappointed in whatever situation adding that with God all things are possible. He noted that no matter the problem and suffering of mankind, if they quit not but persist, then victory was inevitable.

He enjoined believers to surrender their lives to Christ Jesus and identify with the prince of peace who would neither leave them nor forsake them in the day of adversity.
