FCTA Warns Against Forging Vehicle Documents

ABUJA - The FCT Administration has warned against the perennial forging of vehicle documents, and vowed to fish out those involved.

“We shall tackle the problem headlong,” Muhammad Sule, Chief Press Secretary to the FCT Minister, said in a statement in Abuja. Sule said that the issue of forged vehicle documents had distorted the official records of the FCT administration.

“This affects the management of vehicular movements in the FCT,” he said.

According to him, one of the syndicates behind the activity had been identified with “a large quantity of counterfeited vehicle documents found in his possession”.

He said that the FCT was particularly saddened by the development as it had robbed it of huge revenue.
