Collection of permanent voters’ cards begins August 11
Benin CITY - The mass distribution of Permanent voters’ cards (PVC) in all the 18 local government areas of Edo State will commence on Monday, August 11 and end on Friday, August 15, 2008.
A release by the Independent National Evectional Commission (INEC) Edo State indicated that the five-day exercise would take place at all ward centers and clusters and that it would start at 8.00am till 4.00 pm daily.
