BENIN CITY ––A new system of tax collection in Edo State called “PAY DIRECT PLATFORM” has commenced.
This automated internal revenue collection system requires individuals, associations and corporate bodies to pay their taxes, ground rents, levies and other bills due to the Edo State Government through these designated Banks.
UBA, FIRST BANK, UNION BANK, UNITY BANK, ZENITH BANK, FCMB AND SKYE BANK.
Walk into any of the branches of these banks, pay there and obtain your e-receipt. Take the e-receipt to the Government Ministry or Department where such services are to be rendered.
You can no longer pay your taxes, levies and other bills directly to any Ministry, Department or agency. Pay your tax for Government to continue to carry out its social responsibilities.
